Motherhood is made up of a million moments no one else sees. The way you breathe through a contraction. The quiet understanding shared with your partner. The sleepy snuggles, the backyard giggles, the missing tooth childhood grins, the tender chaos of daily life.
The magic is in the mundane.
The truth is, your story is already unfolding in the most beautiful, raw, ordinary ways. And whether you're preparing to bring life into the world or soaking up the rhythm of motherhood right where you are, that story deserves to be remembered.
This isn't just a service. This is sacred work.
This is your story.
When you invite me into your life, whether it's your birth space or your backyard, you're inviting me into something intimate and personal. I have a deep respect for the sacredness of your journey. Motherhood is layered and emotional. It is beautiful and exhausting. It is made up of tiny, often unnoticed moments that carry so much meaning. The way your baby fits perfectly in your arms, or how your toddler clings to your leg. The joy. The chaos. These are the moments I'm here to witness and preserve without asking you to perform, pose or be anything other than exactly who you are.
Birth carries a depth that's hard to put into words. It's not just about the intensity of contractions or the moment your baby arrives. It's about how you were supported. How you were seen. How you felt as you moved through it. Every birth is different, and every experience matters. As a certified doula and award-winning birth photographer, I understand how to hold space in a way that feels both steady and soft. I serve you with my whole heart, capturing the moments that often go unnoticed but hold the most meaning.
But it doesn't stop with birth. Your motherhood journey is made up of a thousand fleeting moments. Slow post partum mornings. Nursing your baby on the porch as the sunsets. Toddlers twirling in the kitchen while cookies bake in the oven. That's what storytelling sessions are for. To preserve your now. No stiff poses. No forced smiles. Just pure connection, emotion, and the beauty of your everyday life.
This page will guide you through everything I offer. Birth Photography, Doula Support, Maternity, Newborn, Storytelling sessions and more. Every offering is crafted with love, designed to honor whatever season you're in.
Your story is already unfolding. Let's make sure it's remembered.
Birth is not a one-size-fits-all, and your care shouldn't be either. Some families hire me to simply witness and preserve their story. Others choose to add on doula support for hands-on care throughout labor. This is your story. Your body. Your strength. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, birth has a way of unfolding in it's own time and own rhythm. This is not just about documenting a birth. It's about honoring your journey.
The days feel long, but somehow the years move so fast. These sessions are about freezing time. No forced smiles or stiff poses. Just the beauty of your family as you are right now. Snuggles on the bed. Sticky fingers licking the mixing bowl.. The kind of laughter that echoes through the house and the quiet that follows when everyone finally settles.
She made me feel loved, and taken care of my whole labor and even post-partum as I was processing my experience. Getting back the photos of my son's birth was breathtaking and emotion in the most amazing way. This is the kind of care I would imagine getting from a close family member, or a village style community. She is truly a woman who serves others with her whole heart. Any mom who has the opportunity to be supported by Savannah is extremely blessed.
She has shown me what it's like to have a photographer who truly cares about you, what you want, and your vision. I welcomed Savannah into my birth space when I had my last child. It was an extremely emotional time and Savannah was there for me, holding my hand, taking pictures, helping me manage the pain and when it didn't go my way, Savannah supported me in my feeling of the heartbreak that I had from not having the birth that I dreamt of. I'm so grateful to have had Savannah there.
