This birth belongs to you

every detail is worth remembering

I want you to know that we're in this together, mama. It does not matter how you bring your baby earthside, you deserve to feel supported and heard.

Birth is raw. Intimate. Unscripted.
It asks everything of you: your body, your mind, your spirit. Whether you are planning an home birth or a hospital birth, this moment will test you and shake you in ways nothing else can. It is not something that can be directed or posed. It is something to be honored and respected. As an award-winning birth photographer and certified doula, I come into your space with reverence, not ego. I have learned how to move with the rhythm of birth, how to offer quiet support, and how to see the story unfolding without interfering with it. Your birth will not look like anyone else's and it shouldn't. It will rise and fall in it's own time, in it's own way. My job is to honor that, to protect the sacred, and to preserve the magic you may not even realize is happening in the moment. If you are willing to allow me in, to trust me with your story, I will hold it with the care it deserves.
Your birth story awaits.

What Clients Are Saying

3 kids in and this is the first time I had a doula! I was the person that didn't understand the purpose of doulas other than they help you go " hee hee hoo hoo " until baby comes out.  I am now a believer! With this being my last pregnancy I had Savannah as my doula and my photographer, 2 birds one stone, and she was incredible. She kept me so calm and present in the moment as with epidural I stress to the point of vomiting and she got on my level and talked me through every step keeping me distracted. She was an amazing advocate for me and my husband. She was more prepared and helpful to the doctors than some nurses. Anyway long story short, if your thinking about it... DO IT

I recently had a baby in December and hired
Savannah A. Photography! She’s a photographer and doula and 100% amazing at what she does. This was my 3rd birth and 1st one with a doula and I can tell you that it was 100% worth it. She spent so much time with me before and after the actual delivery day, answered all my questions, was a massive support and was extremely knowledgeable. Not only that but she’s very passionate about her job. Shes amazing with the nurses and doctors, was great with my husband and teaching him what he needed to do, and then when she took over for certain things, she just knew exactly what I needed.

We hired Savannah with Savannah A. Photography & have ZERO regret! My fiancé is very up front on when he thinks something wasn’t good enough or a waste and after talking to our friends based off our last experience he was extremely happy that we hired a doula to provide us both with support and information before and during the birthing process, I was already a mom of 4 but never experienced the same amount of support as I did birthing my fifth baby & plan to hire her once more when we have our last baby! She also did my maternity and birth photography which came out amazing, will also hopefully have her do that again for us!

I can’t thank my birth team enoughhhh! from now on this is the only way I give birth and the only doula I'll have is Savannah! She will forever be apart of my birth team! I would try and write a lot but everyone else pretty much described how awesome she is. Her photos are more than just a picture on paper but she has a way of a telling a story. I will always cherish the memories she has captured for our family. She will forever have an invite to the cookout!

Birth Preparation & Planning Session
$350

Post-Partum Doula Support
$950 per week

Perfect for families who want guidance without committing to full doula support.

Not everyone needs or wants a full doula package, and that is completely okay. Some parents simply want a place to ask their questions, talk through their birth plan, or get reassurance from someone who understands birth on a deep level. Virtual consults give families access to my doula knowledge without the full investment of in person support.

You can use this time to:
- Talk through your birth preferences
- Ask questions about labor, comfort measures, postpartum, or newborn care
- Review your birth plan and discuss what to expect
- Get clarity if you are feeling unsure or overwhelmed

Sessions are held on Zoom.

Perfect for families who want hands-on breastfeeding support. A 60-minute in home support session focused on working through common breastfeeding difficulties.

Not every family needs ongoing doula support, and that is completely okay. Sometimes what you really want is calm, knowledgeable help in the moment. Someone to observe a feeding, answer your questions, and help you feel more confident moving forward. These in-person breastfeeding sessions offer practical, compassionate support right where you are.

During our time together, we can:
- Work through latch and positioning
- Address pain, discomfort, or concerns about milk supply
- Talk through newborn feeding cues and normal feeding behavior
-Troubleshoot common early challenges
- Resource list to lactation specialists, pediatric dentists for oral tie revisions, etc.

A practical, supportive 90-minute session centered on helping you feel clear, confident, and grounded going into your birth.

This option is wonderful for parents who want something deeper than a quick consult but still do not need full doula care. This session is dedicated to building a plan that reflects your values, your hopes, and the kind of birth experience you want to experience.

In this session we will:
- Walk through your birth plan together
- Discuss common decision points in labor
- Go over comfort measures, positioning, and partner support
- Talk about communicating with your provider
- Identify your personal needs, fears, and preferences
- Create a step by step plan that helps you and your partner feel prepared

You will receive a personalized birth plan template after our call.

This option is designed for families who want consistent, reliable support during the early postpartum weeks without feeling overwhelmed or micromanaged.

Includes:
- Three daytime visits per week
- Three hours per visit
- Schedule set in advance
- Minimum commitment of four weeks

(As a birth professional, I am on call for births. Some flexibility in scheduling is required in the event I am attending a labor or birth.)

Support during visits may include:
- Infant feeding support, including breastfeeding and bottle feeding guidance
- Bottle washing and pump part cleaning
- Light laundry related to baby and postpartum recovery
- General tidying of shared spaces such as the kitchen or living area
- Meal prep support such as washing produce, assembling simple meals, or reheating food
- Holding or wearing baby while you rest, shower, or eat
- Emotional support and reassurance during the postpartum adjustment
- Basic newborn education and support as questions come up

This support is non medical and focused on helping you rest, recover, and settle into life with your new baby. Care is always provided with respect for your home, your preferences, and your parenting choices.
