When I started photography more than eleven years ago, I knew I loved it, but I had no idea how much there was to learn. The camera, the editing, the clients, the pricing, the website, the business, and eventually finding a style that actually felt like me. Most of it came from trial and error, investing in education, changing my mind, and learning what worked and what definitely didn’t.
More than a decade later, I’ve built a career I’m incredibly proud of, and I genuinely love helping other photographers skip some of the harder parts. Whether you’re struggling with your images, your business, your website, your editing, or figuring out where to go next, bring it.
I’m not here to turn you into a copy of me. I’m here to share what I’ve learned, answer the questions, and help you figure out what works for you.

- A pre-birth planning session covering what to expect, when to arrive, gear, birth-space etiquette, and working alongside the birth team.
- Attend and photograph a real birth alongside me while we work through settings, light, angles, and storytelling as it unfolds.
- Editing time together via Zoom, including culling, color, consistency, and my Camera Raw/Photoshop workflow.
- Portfolio, website, pricing, client experience, and birth business review if desired.
- Continued support afterward as you put everything into practice.
What's Included:
Birth photography is unlike anything other type of photography. You’re walking into one of the most vulnerable and unpredictable days of someone’s life, and it takes so much more than knowing your settings. After 100+ births, I want to share what experience has taught me about documenting birth.

You’re still welcome here. I don’t have a mileage restriction or require my mentees to live outside of my market. I believe there is room for all of us, and part of mentoring is helping you build something that feels like you, not creating another version of my business.
